Hi.
This will be a short one, since I am exhausted and really just want to go to sleep, but I want to put more effort into my breaking of bad habits, and work more towards creating new habits that will support a better and healthier lifestyle. This year so far has been pretty good, quarantine has given me an opportunity to go vegetarian, something I wanted to do for many years but was too nervous/unprepared to do. Next on the list is getting into the best shape I can before my wedding (which is why I’m exhausted). After that I need to create some sustainable learning and growing habits, and this writing is supposed to be a part of that. I may need to fine tune the process, as I am trying to write once a day evey day, which can be a bit much, but maybe if I can start setting aside time every few days I can find some happy medium in this.
for now, I’m too tired to think to deeply on this. for the time being, I will sleep, and tomorrow work more on this to make it make sense, and to try and be a better me.
